We have identified the PCO (Project Controls Office) of mining and engineering projects as a niche market, and through a “best of breed” approach, designed an Electronic Document and Records Management System, based on Cloud Technology. This is cutting edge technology that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Sharepoint, while ensuring track and traceability of all documents from the inception phase to handover and close-out. The total solution even caters for on- or Offsite document storage and eventual purging and destruction.

We are currently deployed at the Exxaro PCO for the GMEP project. (Grootegeluk Medupi Expansion Project) where our resources are running the Document Control department.
