Scanner Warranty claims

Let Allscan handle all your scanner warranty claims.   Our service team will repair scanners still under warranty with major scanner manufacturers.  Allscan technicians are trained and certified with Kodak, Canon and Visioneer. 

Scanner Servicing and repairs

Faulty scanners mean downtime!  Our team of very experienced, manufacture-trained technicians will repair or service scanners in the shortest possible time to get your production documentation on the go again.  

Scanner Maintenance contracts

Support and maintenance is offered either by a full support contract or on-demand.   Our standard maintenance contract options are the most cost effective, and make sure that our technicians are available when your scanners go down.  

Preventative maintenance

A key component of our maintenance contracts is preventative maintenance.  Our teams will schedule regular visits based on duration or throughput to make sure that parts are replaced before they become expensive failures.

Scanner refurbishing

Speak to our team about refurbishing your old equipment.  We are equipped to repair scanners back to excellent condition, and make sure that you keep on scanning.  If you are looking to purchase or rent scanners, we may have a refurbished scanner that is ideally suited to your application.  This is normally the most cost effective option available.

Scanner parts and spares

Whilst we cannot keep spares for every possible part, we do keep a comprehensive range of spares to make sure that scanners can be repaired in the shortest possible time.   We recognise that scanning has become a vital part of your business, so we keep stock of the most critical components.  When we don't have stock, we keep close contact with our major suppliers and can get replacement parts in a very short time.   If you would like to purchase spares, contact our maintenance department today.

Scanner rentals

Renting a scanner may be the most cost-effective introduction to scanning, especially if you have a short term need, or a high volume back-scan requirement.   Regardless of what your scanning requirement is, if you don't need to purchase, we can provide you with a scanner that meets your particular needs—and then we'll take it back once your job is completed.  

Scanner consumables

If you need scanner consumables, contact our maintenance division and we will be able to provide items for your Kodak, Canon or Visioneer units.   Purchase in bulk for all your branch offices to ensure the best possible price. 

Our software division provides software designed to improve business performance.  This falls under two broad categories:

Document scanning software

Software is an integral part of the scanning solution and is essential for ensuring quality of the scanned images, and getting the most out of the scanning hardware.  High volume and production scanning environments are dependent upon the software to provide quality control and workflow servicees to the scanning operation.   Our software is designed to work with the scanners, and is capable of supporting high-volume production scanning environments of millions of images a month.

Business Intelligence

Allscan is a proud supplier of Intuitive software, and industry leading suite of Business Intelligence dashboard products.  Designed for providing insight into mission-critical applications, Intuitive provides businesses with access to up-to-date information about business processes.   In addition, the software provides an intuitive method of drilling down to deeper and deeper levels of business information, and provides access to the documents needed to make business decisions.

Compression software

Document images are resource intensive, so Allscan have developed skills in document compression, and utilise the award winning Crisp software compression technology.  The vPDF format enables delivery of high resolution, full colour images in the smallest file sized PDF files achievable anywhere in the world, for the same price that other scanning companies charge to deliver in black and white!
