How it Works
Our technology actively sends device information such as page scan counts, consumable roller counters and error log information via GSM to our remote server. We can actively monitor the device and proactively send out technicians when required and when the consumables need to be replaced. There is no need for preventative maintenance and rather proactive maintenance only when needed. We will know about a problem before you do.
Traditionally, our maintenance contracts and rental contract maintenance is done an interval and we would replace consumables or wait for the customer to call. Our IOT monitoring technology allows us to service and repair the product only when its needed therefore allowing for much more cost-effective maintenance and support solutions. It has allowed us to add value to our support services at a reduced rate. The technology saves you money and increases the support level we can offer.
We now also offer managed scan services and you can rent a scanner and only pay per pages scanned. This is a highly cost effective rental solution that is tailor made for every customer’s needs.
